This experience has been by for amazing. I've struggled years going back and forth to different therapist trying to find the right Fit, you know. At first I was skeptical but, of course I needed help and couldn't stay this way forever. The sessions first started off weekly, bi-weekly and as I progressed 1 session monthly. The vibes is rare and unmatched literally a judge free zone where you're comfortable with being yourself and the best part is you will not be judged for this. Anyone who seeks therapy or any form of help this is my referral go to for them. If anyone else is feeling skeptical like I was please give it a chance♡

I really felt like I was going to be in the right hands. But what kepts me coming back is my counselor Diane Hodge. Finding the right counselor is so hard, and she is outstanding. She really listens and asks me really insightful questions that lead me to my own insights into my feelings and actions that I need to take in my life. She never judges and helps me not to judge myself. I'm really getting the help I need.
