Somewhere along the way, the roles became louder than your truth...

The daughter.

The partner.

The mother.

The caretaker.

The achiever.

The strong friend.

The responsible one.

You learned how to become who others needed you to be.

But now you're wondering:

Who am I underneath all of this?

Therapy isn't about fixing yourself; It's about reclaiming yourself.

The parts of you that learned to stay quiet.

The parts that learned to over give.

The parts that learned to prioritize everyone else.

Together, we'll explore the patterns that have kept you disconnected from yourself and begin creating new ways of relating to your needs, your emotions, your body, and your life.

Counseling for over-functioning Black women who are ready to stop surviving and start living in alignment.

This practice is designed for Black women who are ready to:

• Trust themselves more deeply

• Unlearn patterns rooted in obligation and survival

• Reconnect with their needs and desires

• Develop healthier boundaries

• Feel more grounded in who they are

• Create lives aligned with their values

Because healing isn't just about feeling better.

It's about living more fully as yourself.

Your 4-Phase Healing Framework

A culturally attuned, trauma‑informed process designed to guide Black women from survival mode to embodied wholeness.

Phase 1

A logo of a person with wings on a white background.

Awareness

We explore what brought you here — the roles you’ve carried, the expectations placed on you, and the emotional patterns you’ve learned to normalize. This phase builds safety, trust, and grounding.

Phase 2

Understanding

We identify the beliefs, narratives, and generational messages that shaped your identity. You’ll learn emotional regulation tools and begin challenging the internalized pressure to be “strong” at all times.

Phase 3

Healing

We work to release old wounds, reprogram limiting beliefs, and reconnect you with your inner healer. This is where emotional, spiritual, and cultural restoration begins.

Phase 4

Being

You integrate your growth into daily life — not as the “strong one,” but as your whole, authentic self. We build tools to help you maintain peace, boundaries, and emotional clarity.
