Takima “Kima” Bly, CMHC (she/hers)

Everyone deserves inner peace. Are you ready to begin your healing journey and need support? Are you seeking support from a therapist who is culturally competent and understanding of your empathetic nature? Do you need a safe space to just unpack and process? If so, I’d like to introduce myself, my name is Kima. My calling is to be a resource in my community helping individuals enhance their emotional and mental health.

With over a decade of experience as a mental health professional, I will provide you with the support that you deserve as you walk the path of becoming your best self! I have worked with people of all age ranges and cultural backgrounds who have struggled with various emotional, mental, and behavioral challenges. I especially enjoy working with individuals who are on their path to self-discovery and are ready to take themselves to the next level of their life’s path.

Healing is for everyone, and you deserve to function as your best self. You deserve to take care of you. Your well being is important. You are important. Let’s work collaboratively to create and sustain the positive changes that are needed in your life in order to restore balance. Give yourself permission to be guided and supported through your healing journey. It’s ok to not be ok. Its ok to start putting yourself first.

In my spare time, I enjoy yoga, reading, and playing chess. I also love binge watching my fave TV shows!

Takima currently does not accept any insurances and is self-pay only. Her self-pay rate is $50 for individual sessions.

Takima provides therapeutic services under the direction and licensure supervision of Dr Karla Sapp.
