Why do therapy?
Every one of us experiences times in our lives when we need a little extra help to figure things out. It is never easy to take the step to go to therapy and it can be very hard to not only talk about your problems but to do it with someone you just met. Whatever the problem may be, the support and insight of a therapist can be very helpful. Making that first call for help can be hard, but it can lead you to discover the answers you didn’t know you had in within yourself.
