I am passionate about my journey as a Therapist and strongly believe in the power of connecting; one being to another. I am an authentic and direct, yet gentle and nurturing clinician who will work collaboratively with you to help you overcome your challenges.
I view therapy as a transformational process which allows us to look inward and explore the impact of past and present life circumstances, place them in a context, and develop strategies for change. By engaging in the therapeutic process, not only do we learn healthier ways of coping, we tap into our inner ability to heal the self and develop more genuine relationships with ourselves as well as others.
I’m here to create a safe space for healing, inner growth, and peace. My belief is that we already have the tools needed to meet our highest potential but may have forgotten how to connect to our inner source of wisdom. Life has shown me this both professionally and personally during my own healing journey. My goal is to help awaken the part of you that already has the answers. It may be challenging at times, but I am here to support you in navigating the most difficult parts to bring harmony within. I am excited to partner with you on your journey.
I am trained in various theoretical orientations and utilize an integrative approach specific to your needs to address various challenges which impact overall wellness. I especially enjoy working with other helping professionals, those who identify as Empath or Highly Sensitive, those experiencing Spiritual Awakening or attempting to understand their purpose, and those in search of their authentic selves.
Outside of therapy, you can catch me at the gym, practicing yoga, reading or going to a float spa to meditate. I’m also a nature enthusiast and enjoy all things outdoors including nature trail walks, hiking, and spending time near bodies of water.

Life can be exceptionally challenging. Often times we’re conditioned to believe that we should always have “our stuff” together no matter what; and that it’s not ok, to not be ok. The fact is…we’re human, and sometimes life can just be a lot. Why maneuver it alone?
During our work together, I offer empathy and compassion in a safe and non-judgmental environment. I believe whole-heartedly in the therapeutic process and am eager to guide you on your journey.
In my clinical practice I utilize Cognitive Behavioral and Solution Focused approaches to address challenges relating to emerging adulthood, depression, anxiety, stress management, trauma, loss and grief, and other life transitions. I especially enjoy supporting millennials and Gen Zs with life challenges such as belonging, finding their voice, gaining confidence, maneuvering through friendships/relationships, adapting to change, and issues relating to finances and transitioning into careers.
In addition to private practice, I have worked with individuals and families via community-based agencies and inpatient treatment facilities which has allowed me opportunities to work with clients from various backgrounds with a wide range of difficulties which impact emotional wellness. Together we will work to find resolutions that will support you in creating a more fulfilling life.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy working out, reading a good book, or binge watching one of my favorite TV shows.
